Last seen in Lorain, Ohio on December 23, 1998. On that date she left her two children with their parental grandmother saying that she was going shopping. She never returned and has not been seen or heard from since. Her vehicle was located in Cleveland, Ohio five days later in the same time period her boyfriend, Omar Seymore, was also reported missing.

Javier Rigo Reveron, Hispanic Male, age 28, 5 feet seven , 155 pounds, brown eyes, dark brown hair, was last seen in Lorain, Ohio on January 14, 2004. Hours before, he boarded a Continental Flight at Cleveland Hopkins Airport to New York's LaGuardia Airport without notice.
He is diagnosed with depression and may become psychotic/delusional without his medication. He is devoutly religious and may have sought assistance from a church or other community groups including Buddhist temples in the New York area.
